1. Introduction & Acceptance

777ht (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Site") is an online gaming service. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 777ht and its users ("you" or "player"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or using any game or service, you are fully agreeing to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Site. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration

To enjoy the full services of 777ht, you need to create a personal account. You must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Account Creation Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your own valid contact details (mobile number, email) for the account.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity carried out from your account.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts are non-transferable and not for sale under any circumstances.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

777ht reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held pending until the verification process is complete.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and play at 777ht. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating any account or playing any game. If an account belonging to a minor is found, it will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

In addition, the following persons may not use 777ht:

• Residents of areas where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Those who have voluntarily excluded themselves from the platform (self-exclusion).
• 777ht employees, contractors, or their immediate family members.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

777ht supports the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh to make transactions easy and fast.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Identity verification (KYC) must be complete before a withdrawal request is processed.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same (where possible).
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to your own payment account — sending to a third-party account is not permitted.
• 777ht reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 5 for details).

4.2 Transaction Currency

All transactions on 777ht are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion is not currently available.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

777ht regularly provides various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated alongside the offer. The general bonus policy is described below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing a bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. The current wagering requirement is 25 times (25x).

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If misuse of any promotional offer is proven, 777ht reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts may result in all related accounts being closed.
• 777ht reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Fair Play Policy

777ht is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. Our games are sourced from accredited technology providers and use proper Random Number Generators (RNG).

• All game outcomes are determined automatically and impartially.
• Players can view their game history and full transaction details at any time.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect amount to be displayed, 777ht will provide or correct the accurate amount.
• In the event of any dispute, 777ht's server logs will be considered the final evidence.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of any one of them may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of funds.

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Creating an account or conducting transactions using another person's information.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software, or using bots or automated software.
• Disrupting orderly operations or harassing other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Misusing the bonus system or arbitrage betting.
• Spreading false information about the platform's rules.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 777ht

In the event of a terms violation, 777ht may temporarily suspend an account for investigation or close it permanently. If permanently closed, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless that balance was obtained through prohibited activity.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period (12 consecutive months). A notice will be sent regarding an inactive account, and if no response is received within the specified time, the account may be suspended while the funds are held.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

777ht places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We use SSL encryption technology to keep all your transactions and personal data secure.

• Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.
• Information may need to be disclosed to authorities due to legal obligations.
• Data may be analyzed for service improvement purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

777ht is not liable for the following:

• Any damage or loss caused by internet connection interruption.
• Delays caused by issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Temporary service unavailability due to technical errors.
• Loss resulting from negligence in securing your own account.
• Legal consequences of using online gaming in your country or region.

If a game result is incorrect due to a technical error, 777ht will provide the correct result or refund the bet amount. However, any winnings earned on an incorrect result will not be considered valid.

11. Responsible Gaming

777ht believes that gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment — but we are mindful that it should never become a problem. We encourage every player to play responsibly.

11.1 Player Protection

• You can set a deposit limit on your account at any time.
• A cooling-off period can be activated for a temporary break.
• A self-exclusion request can be made for a permanent or fixed-term period.
